We have put systems in place that we hope will adequately cater for our members, without too much distruption, and enable us to offer an almost complete service but without the need for physical interaction. If we had a Covid 19 outbreak amongst our staffing group (in other words a significant upsurge in absenteeism) it could make it very difficult for us to continue to offer service to members, so we believe the current restrictions are vitally important to ensure the safety of our staff and in turn to minimise the potential for disruption to our business. On that basis we see these restrictions remaining in place for the foreseeable future and certainly until the government begin to relax its instructions in relation to social distancing etc.
